Pay at the office and bring (1) one I.D.
Registration form must be filled out at the office.​
Preferred: Passport, Green Resident Card, Guam I.D. or Birth Certificate
Registration hours: Monday to Saturday (10am to 3pm)
Closed on holidays

Anyone may register and pay for the student.
The student does not need to be present.

For students WITHOUT a Guam permit license:

Failed UOG written exam TWICE and posses any of the following:

a full foreign license honored by DMV

a full/intermediate Guam license
