  • Operator License - at least 15 1/2 years old

  • Motorcycle License - at least 16 years old

  • Chauffeur License - any age, must have Guam Full License

  • Provide one (1) valid ID:

    • ​Passport, Green Resident Card, Guam ID, State ID, Military ID, Firearms ID, Naturalization Certification, or Birth Certificate

  • Operator License - at least 15 1/2 years old

Other Requirements:

  • Payment required to reserve a seat

  • Limited seating

  • Walk-ins welcome. Come 30 minutes early BEFORE class for processing. First come, first served basis.

  • During summer, seats fill up quickly.

  • Provide one (1) valid ID:

    • Passport, Green Resident Card, Guam ID, State ID, Military ID, Firearms ID, Naturalization Certification, or Birth Certificate

 

Schedule:

  • NOTE: There will be NO in-person classes from Dec.13-27, 2025. Online classes will remain available any time any day.

  • Weekly every Saturday AND Sunday (excluding holidays) 

  • Starts 4PM and ends at 6PM

  • Enrolee must arrive 30 minutes before class.

  • Must be taken in consecutive days

  • Missed a class?

    • Make it up on the SAME DAY of the next class schedule.

Other Requirements:​

  • Register & pay online below or in-person

  • By appointment only

  • Must have original valid Guam permit license

  • Provide one (1) valid ID:

    • ​Passport, Green Resident Card, Guam ID, State ID, Military ID, Firearms ID, Naturalization Certification, or Birth Certificate

  • We recommend to have some driving practice prior to road hours to speed up the learning process, even just knowing the basics

 

Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays)

  • Slots are subject for availability

What to expect:​

  • Private, one-on-one training on the road with an instructor

  • Vehicle will be provided by the school (equipped with a dual brake)

  • The number of hours will depend on the student’s experience, skill, and ability to drive

  • Gain road confidence, learn defensive driving skills, and be road exam ready

  • Note: The successful completion of the road hours course does not and should not imply that the Student is a safe accomplished driver. During the course, students are instructed in the basic skills necessary for the safe operation of a motor vehicle. However, as with any skill, it is only with repeated practice that the skill is developed and perfected.

  • We sell student driver magnet and sticker at the office for those who are still learning to drive $3, $5, $10.

  • The road hours certificate DOES NOT expire. Reprint costs $10 if lost or damaged. 

  • No Call, No Show, Same Day Cancellation Fee: $10.00 as it takes away a spot for another student needing a license.

Other Requirements:

  • Register & pay online below or in-person

  • By appointment only

  • Must have original valid Guam permit license

    • Learner's permit - must wait 6 months or over from issuance date​

    • 2nd permit/Instructional permit - may apply anytime

  • Provide one (1) valid ID:

    • ​Passport, Green Resident Card, Guam ID, State ID, Military ID, Firearms ID, Naturalization Certification, or Birth Certificate

  • Provide traffic clearance dated within 30 days​

    • No need if Instructional permit holder​

  • Accompanied by a Guam fully licensed driver

    • Minors must be with parent/guardian​

    • No need if Instructional permit holder

  • Must have class AND road hours certificates

    • Must not be a student from Excellent Driving School (conflict of interest)​​​

    • For Instructional Permit holder, certificates are required if failed the written test twice/more

​

Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays)

  • Slots are subject for availability

​

What to expect:

  • Private, one-on-one road test with an examiner

  • Conducted to assess the student's ability to safely and defensively operate a vehicle

  • $110 fee - Vehicle will be provided by the school (equipped with a dual brake)

  • $100 fee - Use of personal vehicle with valid registration, insurance and use authorization

  • The road test certificate DOES NOT expire. Reprint costs $10 if lost or damaged. 

  • No Call, No Show, Same Day Cancellation Fee: $10.00 as it takes away a spot for another student needing a license.​​​​

  • Failed UOG written exam TWICE and posses any of the following:

    • a full foreign license honored by DMV

    • a full/intermediate Guam license

  • Slots are subject for availability, by appointment only (Drive time: about 1 hour or less)

  • Vehicle will be provided by the school (equipped with a dual brake)

  • No Call, No Show, Same Day Cancellation Fee: $10.00 as it takes away a spot for another student needing a license.

  • This is only for special cases. See Other Requirements section above if you qualify.​

  • Bundle course includes both theory and road hours courses.
